Job Overview: As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to different departments within the company, assisting with day-to-day operations, scheduling, communications, and other business tasks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. We are looking for a Rockstar!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.
• Handle customer inquiries/feedback and manage communications across multiple channels.
• Maintain data entry tasks and update company databases
• Assist in organizing and tracking projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in project research for supplies (ingredients, packaging etc) and other internal requisitions
• Prepare reports
