Your day as an Administrator at Walnut House

Are you the Administrator - Assisted Living we're looking for?

To excel as an Assisted Living Administrator at CiminoCare, a diverse skill set is essential. Proficiency in software and tools related to Title 22 regulations, wage and hour practices, and marketing strategies specific to senior care will be vital for your day-to-day responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage family and resident relations, ensuring open lines of communication and trust between the facility and the community.

Additionally, possessing a current RCFE Certification or License is crucial, as it validates your expertise and commitment to regulatory compliance and quality care. Previous experience as an Assisted Living Administrator or Executive Director, preferred. By leveraging these skills, you will be well-equipped to lead your team and foster an environment that prioritizes resident satisfaction and well-being.
