Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable  Light Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling small parts and components to create finished products or subassemblies, following detailed instructions and quality standards. You will also assist with warehouse operations as needed, including inventory handling, packaging, and shipping support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment.
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
• Support warehouse operations as needed , including:
• • Receiving and organizing incoming materials.
  • Picking and staging materials for production.
  • Performing inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Loading/unloading shipments and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or warehouse operations
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to support multiple departments as needed.
• Follow all safety rules in place

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing and warehouse floor with moderate noise levels.
• May require wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Team-based environment with opportunities for cross-training.
