Job Title: Convenience Store Assistant Manager

Department: Operations

Reports To: Convenience Store Manager

Shift: Variable

Chisholm Corner is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting and leading operations, product inventory, checkout, bookkeeping and maintenance; controlling cash and merchandise shrinkage; and leadership of convenience store team members.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive and friendly
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
• Good oral and written communication
• Desire to help customers
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state or by local municipality law
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures as required
• Commitment to excellence in customer service and DMG Values
• Some weekend and holiday availability is required
