Laptop Repair Technician job at Revivn. New York, NY. Job Description Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling. As a Laptop Repair Technician , you will be at the core of our device lifecycle—diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing hardware including laptops, desktops, servers, and peripherals. We're looking for candidates with at least 6 months of hands‑on experience in laptop repair , who are eager to take initiative and thrive in a fast‑paced, technically focused environment. What Revivn offers you: Full exposure to the logistical and mechanical operations of a tech startup Ownership in assessing technology, repurposing hardware, and streamlining processes Potential for advancement from an entry‑level technician to advance repairs and other operation roles with on‑job training In this role you will: Perform detailed diagnostics and repairs on laptops Install and configure hardware, software, and peripherals Technically inspect, classify, sort, disassemble and repair computer hardware Record configuration, repairs performed and cosmetic information in the Revivn inventory system We're ideally seeking: Minimum 6 months experience in laptop repair Comfortable diagnosing and repairing hardware at the component level Familiarity with PC and Mac ecosystems and respective repair protocols Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and physical quality of repair Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a repair‑focused role If this sounds like you, apply!
