We are hiring a full-time hospitalist and nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit, well-established team of 21 physicians at Dignity St. John's.
• Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
• Dignity St. John's Regional Medical Center earned an "A" rating through Leapfrog Safety.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• H1B eligible; access to Sound's in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered.

Flexible Scheduling:

• Day-time hospitalist 7 AM 7 PM.
• Nocturnist 7 PM 7 AM.
• Part-time position available 7+ shifts per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will manage an open ICU, but no procedures are required for this role.
• Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, discharges, and cross coverage depending on the shift.

Rewards and Benefits:

• Compensation: Yearly full-time compensation is $268k- $346k, depending on the schedule worked.
  • Full-time, 7-9 shifts per month with opportunities to moonlight.
  • Part-time daily compensation is $1700-$1900 per shift, dependent on the shift worked.
