Job Description

As a sanctioned member of SERVPRO Corporates Commercial Large Loss, and DRT Teams, SERVPRO of Buffalo Grove / Lake Zurich / Carol Stream / E. Bloomindale is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager.


SERVPRO® is a national company whose employees provide water and fire emergency response for homes and commercial properties when disasters happen. Some of the other services we provide are mold remediation, carpet cleaning, HVAC system cleaning, and bio-hazard cleanup.

We are looking for a professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in administrative tasks and ability to work independently. Individual will answer phones, manage job files, perform light bookkeeping, and complete ad hoc tasks as necessary.


Required Experience:

Proficient in MS Office

Time management skills and ability to multi-task

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures

Preferred Quickbooks Online experience

Compensation Dependant on Experience
