We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to coach teams, implement scaled Agile practices, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and coaching for cross‑functional teams. Implement scaled Agile (SAFe) and adapt practices to varying project sizes. Coach new and existing teams in Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban best practices. Facilitate sprint and release planning, backlog grooming, and goal attainment. Use Agile tooling (JIRA, AgileCraft, VersionOne, TFS) to track progress. Qualifications 4–6 years of Agile Coaching or Scrum Master experience. Deep knowledge of Scrum roles, ceremonies, Kanban, and Continuous Integration. Experience coaching teams in different cultures and environments. Hands‑on experience with Agile tooling and scaled Agile environments. Agile Certification (CSM, CSP, CSM, PMIC‑ACP, ICA‑ACC) preferred.
