We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves a wide range of plant and production support tasks, including picking, prepping, packaging, and coordinating the shipment of finished goods. Responsibilities:

• Lift and move materials as required for production and shipping.
• Band and strap products for secure shipment.
• Accurately pick and stack customer orders, affixing product and shipping labels on packed cartons and pallets.
• Utilize various material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, platform ladders, stretch-wrap machines, and scales.
• Perform general labor tasks such as unloading containers and vehicles manually.
• Verify and document accurate counts of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Utilize an ERP system to complete the systematic steps in order fulfillment.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to operate necessary machines and tools, such as pallet jacks, stretch-wrap machines, and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 65 lbs.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
