Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, inventory management, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our supply chain runs efficiently and customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (certification may be required).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Inspect products for damages or defects and report issues.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends, if needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Use of hands and arms to handle materials or equipment.
